Job Opportunity: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance engineer to join our team. As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in a commercial office building. This includes tasks such as lighting, emergency lighting tests, control panels, BMS system monitoring, plumbing, unblocking toilets, pumps, motors, water flushing, and general PPMs.
You will also be required to maintain and update log books, control sub-contractors, and implement a permit to work system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in building maintenance.
Requirements:
* Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
* City & Guilds - 18th Edition
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
