We're seeking a part-time customer service and sales professional to join our team at our Mile End store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences to retail and trade customers
* Promote and expand trade loyalty programs and accounts
* Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
* Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
* Support other team members to ensure business objectives are met
* Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and general housekeeping
* Support local community and charitable organisations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Previous experience in a retail environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
* An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
* Strong attention to detail
