We are on the lookout for an excellent and passionate ICT Support & Test Engineer person to aid the business project rollout period. You will be required to jump straight in and assist the business.
The role:
Undertaking inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data anddocumentation
* Advise on revision and updated plans and improvements to meet standard and policy requirements
* Managing control, access and reporting on these
* Testing, diagnosing and resolving system problems and user challenges.
* developing and providing technical documentation and training across ICT Systems
* System Review and providing management reports on upgrades, system limitations and future proofing strategies
About you:
* 1 year proven experience in a Support Engineering or highly related field
* Experience in a busy IT environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Problem solving and Analytical skills
* Technical experience - In depth experience supporting different operating systems
* A passion for quality customer service & team player
