The role

As Senior Processing Officer Property Services, you'll be responsible for managing financial transactions tied to rental agreements, utilities, and overheads. Your role ensures accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management functions are handled efficiently and accurately, all while supporting team leaders in monitoring workflows and resolving queries. You'll help colleagues build their expertise, identify process improvements, and assist with system upgrades to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll be challenged with maintaining compliance with departmental policies, improving efficiencies, and ensuring confidentiality while delivering top-tier customer service. With keen attention to detail, you'll navigate complex financial processes and contribute to a high-performing team.

What you will bring to the role

* Financial acumen preferred but not essential
