Chief Executive Officer
Common Equity Housing SA (CEHSA) is a purpose-driven community housing organisation committed to delivering secure, affordable and quality homes across South Australia. Through its cooperative model and strong sector partnerships, CEHSA exists to strengthen communities, empower members and create lasting social impact.
An incredible opportunity now exists for a values-led Chief Executive Officer to guide the organisation through its next chapter of strategic growth and community influence. This highly critical position calls for a leader with both the commercial discipline and deep social purpose and values that align to the organisation. You will champion and advocate publicly for member outcomes, build trusted stakeholder relationships across all layers of government and position CEHSA as a leading voice in South Australia's housing sector. Every strategic decision made with the Board will be grounded in delivering measurable community benefit and impact through housing outcomes.
The successful candidate will bring proven executive leadership experience, strong governance capability and the ability to translate strategy into tangible results. As a leader you will be driven and empathetic. Motivated by community outcomes, and professionally equipped to influence a wide variety of key stakeholders. Experience in a closely aligned sector will be highly regarded, as will your tenacity to achieve in a highly regulated environment.
