As a seasoned engineering professional, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex projects across various regions. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and within-scope project completion, while also maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in regular project meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss progress and address any concerns.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to foster trust and open communication.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
* Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.
* Coordinate logistics and procurement activities to ensure seamless project execution.
* Prepare and issue technical documentation, including QA/QC documents such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Material Data Sheets (MDRs).
* Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion and meeting client deadlines.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to close-out, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, contractors, and site supervisors to achieve project objectives.
* Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify engineering drawings, ensuring precision and accuracy.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
* Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with budget expectations and make adjustments as necessary.
* Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
* Employ project management tools to track cost, risk, contract, resource, and issue management.
