**Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Customer Journey Manager**:
This role directly supports our marketing objectives of acquiring new users (with a focus on digital), growing the number of active users from existing users, and encouraging existing active users to watch more.
**Functions will include**:
Lead and manage the customer journey, reviewing all touchpoints for both broadcast and digital viewers, ensuring all efforts to improve onboarding, engagement and retention are explored.
Review data from all marketing efforts and provide insights to inform our strategies.
Regular reporting to the Head of Marketing and National Marketing Engagement Manager.
Work with third parties on strategies to help improve targeting, measurement, attrition and reporting across all marketing efforts.
Initiate and implement approved digital marketing campaigns for owned comms as determined by the Head of Marketing.
Liaise with the HOM and Data & Digital Audience team on a regular basis to stay at the forefront of developments and insights.
Work with relevant stakeholders to continually innovate and improve on campaigns.
Product Roadmap management with peers in Product, Tech and Research as required, with a focus on improving Conversion efforts
Monitor and analyse effectiveness of marketing content
