Financial Operations Assistant
This role involves ensuring seamless financial and administrative operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes, supporting procurement activities, and maintaining accurate records using our ERP system.
* Assist with accounts payable and reconciliations
* Provide finance support across the business, including month-end tasks
* Support procurement officer with purchasing, stores, and dispatch activities
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
