Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our Partner Content Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating podcast and video projects, supporting Medical Writers, and addressing the clinical challenges of our audiences.

1. Main Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, such as Work In Progress meetings and documentation, new project kick-off tasks, and tracking external costs.
* Speaker Faculty Management: Schedule video recordings, book filming locations, manage speaker contracts and honoraria, and maintain a speaker database.
* Supplier Management: Manage freelance writers, videographers, obtain quotes, and schedule project work.
* Liaising with Sponsors: Coordinate content reviews and approvals with sponsors.
