Public Sector People are partnering with multiple local government organisations to recruit for several Development Engineer temporary positions. Contracts range from 3-6 months with potential to extend.
Senior Development Engineer
* $75 - $85 p/h + Super
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Development Engineer position or similar
* Local government experience will be highly regarded
Development Engineer
* $65 - $75 p/h + Super
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Development Engineer position or similar
* Local government experience will be highly regarded
Responsibilities
* Assessment of development application referrals in drainage and flooding to successfully meet KPIs
* Review and provide expert engineering advice on Development Applications, including assessing drainage and flooding designs, and recommending conditions of consent where necessary.
* Liaise with internal and external customers with regards to development applications
