THE ROLE:
We're on the lookout for an
Account Executive
to start immediately, to help us onboard a key new client over a 4 week period. The chance of this role becoming perm is high
Key focuses:
* Drive end-to-end onboarding of our shiny new client
* Support the project management of paid media and integrated campaigns; helping track timelines and coordinating internal teams to deliver against them.
* Work closely with the Account Managers and Directors to deliver account management excellence.
* Manage the day-to-day client communications for our new client, plus support the client services team across other activities
* Help to prepare campaign documents, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep clients and teams aligned.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams (paid media, creative, content and PR & earned) to ensure seamless workflow.
* Build strong relationships with our new client

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Agency experience essential — at least 1 - 2 years of experience across social, digital, creative or integrated agency.
* Exposure to media account management (briefing, timelines, client servicing basics).
* An understanding of multi-channel campaigns across social, digital, creative and earned is a bonus.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail.
