The Opportunity
As Global Digital & E-Commerce Lead, you will drive IKKARI's global online business across brand.com, retailer.com, international sites, Amazon and TikTok Shop. You'll own the strategy and execution of our e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys, premium presentation, and profitable growth.
Reporting to the Global Head of Commercial and partnering closely with Marketing, Creative, and Supply Chain, you'll lead the digital storefronts of a fast-growing global wellness brand. Blending technical expertise with brand storytelling to create an online experience worthy of IKKARI's Vitality ethos.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the digital strategy of a pioneering vitality brand across our owned and partner platforms worldwide. This role is flexible for the right candidate starting either full-time, or part-time to become full-time with the upcoming global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for brand.com, retailer.com, global sites, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
* Set and own digital KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat purchase, and customer satisfaction/NPS.
* Drive online sales, margin, and profitability targets in line with global commercial goals.
* Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns, launches, and digital storytelling that reflect our Vitality ethos.
* Expand IKKARI's digital footprint into new markets and platforms with scalable frameworks.
Site Operations & Experience
* Oversee day-to-day management of IKKARI's brand.com and third-party digital storefronts.
* Ensure premium product presentation, seamless UX, accurate inventory, and flawless order fulfilment.
* Implement CRO (conversion rate optimisation), testing, and data-driven enhancements to improve performance.
* Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience.
Marketplace & Retailer.com Partnerships
* Manage Amazon, TikTok Shop and key retailer.com relationships globally.
* Negotiate commercial terms, promotional calendars, and digital merchandising opportunities.
* Monitor performance and compliance with brand standards across third-party platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
* Implement dashboards for sales, margin, NPS, and channel performance.
* Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
* Use data to refine campaigns, content, and assortment by market.
* Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Retail Excellence to ensure a consistent brand story across online and offline.
* Brief and manage external agencies, developers, or platform partners as needed.
* Support training and development for internal teams on digital best practice.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in e-commerce or digital retail roles within prestige beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
* Proven track record of driving online revenue growth across brand.com and marketplace channels.
* Experience managing global e-commerce platforms, retailer.com, and emerging channels like TikTok Shop.
* Strong grasp of UX, CRO, analytics, and digital merchandising.
* Commercial acumen with P&L responsibility or clear ROI focus.
* Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
* Passion for customer experience and translating brand storytelling into digital journeys.
* A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and the holistic longevity movement.

* Drive profitable digital growth: Hit and exceed revenue, margin, and conversion targets across brand.com, retailer.com, Amazon and TikTok Shop.
* Elevate customer experience: Improve online NPS, repeat purchase rates, and post-purchase satisfaction globally.
* Optimise site & funnel performance: Lift AOV, reduce cart/checkout abandonment, and increase new-to-repeat customer ratios.
* Deliver flawless launches: Execute new market sites, platform integrations and campaigns on time, on brand, and on budget.
* Strengthen operations & partnerships: Achieve high on-time fulfilment, low return rates, and strong relationships with global marketplace partners.
