Is a vibrant, rapidly growing Real Estate agency and advisory firm, offering specialists transactions, advisory and valuation services.
Having experienced solid growth over the past 18+ months, with offices recently opening up in Perth.
**About this role**
Due to growth our client is looking for a Perth based Administrator to join this dynamic, fast paced team.
Whilst this role will be based in Perth, it will support and work closely with the national Valuations team.
Duties will include;
- Ensuring the national CRM database is up to date
- Preparing valuation proposals and reports
- Title and water searches
- Travel bookings
- Credit card reconciliations and invoicing
- Answering incoming calls
- Office support including ordering supplies and supporting National Office Operations Manager
- Valuations and or Real Estate experience will be desirable, however not essential. This is a fun, dynamic and vibrant team so a great attitude and along with aptitude will be essential.
- You will also need a high level skills with Microsoft office suite of programs, especially excel.
- Accounts experience with invoicing and credit card reconciliations
This role will require a couple of interstate trips annually, to attend National functions and team building events.
