strategic and commercially savvy Marketing Manager

Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven ability to deliver account-based marketing programs and manage product marketing for managed funds.
* Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, dashboards), compliance requirements, and digital best practices (SEO, SEM, email automation).
* Exceptional writing and editing skills for wholesale and institutional-grade content.
* Experience in financial services marketing, with exposure to wholesale and institutional investor segments will be highly regarded.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this
permanent full-time
role will be based in either our
Brisbane or Sydney
Office. In this pivotal role, you'll drive capital raising and investor engagement through innovative campaigns, impactful thought leadership, and best-in-class digital experiences. You will lead the wholesale and institutional marketing strategy and manage the product marketing lifecycle for Cromwell's funds, delivering compelling campaigns and digital experiences that drive investor engagement and support capital raising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic marketing and positioning
for wholesale and institutional investors, aligning messaging with business growth objectives.
* Design and execute ABM campaigns
for high-value accounts, integrating CRM and marketing automation to optimise engagement and conversion.
* Own the product marketing lifecycle
for funds, ensuring accurate, institutional-grade content across web, email, and events.
* Drive digital strategy and governance
, managing the marketing tech stack, analytics, and vendor relationships to deliver measurable ROI.
* Produce thought leadership content
and elevate spokespeople through PR, webinars, and industry forums.
