Pre-Sales / Solution Support Engineer (Residential Energy Storage - Solar & Battery)

Responsibilities
* Pre-sales technical support: Provide professional technical support for the sales team in the RES sector and participate in the entire pre-sales process of the RES business; prepare and present product and system solution proposals for RES customers; respond to technical inquiries about RES from customers, partners and internal teams.
* Solution design and proposal support: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to customize integrated solutions for RES, solar & battery storage; complete RES system configuration, technical specification formulation and proposal documentation; ensure that RES solutions comply with technical standards, industry regulations and compliance requirements.
* Product demonstration and training: Conduct RES product demonstrations for customers, partners and internal teams; explain the functions, core advantages and practical best practices of RES products to relevant stakeholders.
* Market and competitor insights: Continuously monitor technology trends and competitor activities in Australia's RES market, and feed back insights to the company to support the formulation of RES sales strategies and product R&D.

Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution support or technical engineering in Australia's residential energy storage (solar & battery) sector.
* Solid technical understanding of RES, solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related electrical components.
* Practical experience in preparing technical proposals, designing system solutions and writing solution documentation in the RES field.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain RES technical concepts professionally and clearly to audiences without technical backgrounds.
* A team player with the ability to efficiently handle multiple RES business tasks and prioritize work effectively.
* Relevant technical qualifications (Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or equivalent) are highly regarded.
