Job Title: Youth Development Coordinator
Leading a dynamic team, you will plan and execute therapy packages for young individuals with NDIS funding. As the primary point of contact, you will build strong relationships with participants and their families.
* Utilize assessment and intervention skills to support youth in achieving their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.
* Deliver therapy in diverse settings, from homes and schools to community centers and workplaces.
* Conduct meaningful conversations with participants and their supports, empowering them to develop habits and routines.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with participants, their families, and colleagues.
* Document and bill sessions through our online participant management system.
As part of our collaborative team, you will attend regular meetings to share stories of impact and growth. You will also have opportunities to meet with your Team Leader and Therapy Mentor for clinical guidance and support.
