About the role
You’ll travel across the Southern Shoalhaven region (including Bay & Basin, Sussex Inlet, Bendalong, Manyana, Lake Conjola, Milton, Ulladulla, Burrill Lake and occasionally Nowra), supporting clients in their homes.
Your day may include:
* Personal care (showering, dressing, medication assistance)
* Meal preparation, shopping and light household tasks
* Social support and companionship
* Community access and outings

If you’re someone who:
* Is kind, patient and genuinely enjoys helping others
* Communicates well and builds strong relationships
* Is reliable and able to work independently
* Takes pride in delivering high-quality care

Previous experience is great — but your attitude and values matter most.
What you’ll need
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability/Home & Community Care) or similar
* First Aid Certificate
* Medication Assistance qualification (desirable)
* Current Driver’s Licence, reliable vehicle, registration & comprehensive insurance
* Driving record -
* National Police Check (no disclosable outcomes)
* Working With Children Check
* COVID-19 vaccinations (desirable)
Hours
* Monday to Sunday depending on availability
