Job Summary
Chefs at all levels play a vital role in our culinary team, working closely with the kitchen leadership to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences across various outlets. They are responsible for assisting in daily operations, including Food and Beverage management across Restaurant, Lume Bar, Conferencing, and Room Service.
Key tasks include working in kitchen sections such as Grill, Pans, and Larder, producing high-quality dishes and presentation with a la carte options and buffet style. Chefs must adhere to kitchen and hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards while maintaining daily cleaning throughout the kitchen.
They will lead collaboration with the kitchen team and foster a positive work environment, following HAACP regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
