Remote Community Retail Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of a supermarket in a remote community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for promoting healthy eating habits.
* Ensure the provision of high-quality food and services to the community.
* Train and mentor local team members to develop their skills and knowledge in retail management.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote healthy eating habits and education to the community.
Requirements
* Minimum of three years' retail management experience with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Proven ability to use electronic retail systems for stock control, point of sale, and staff management.
* Certificate III in Retail or an equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage unique challenges of remote communities.
