What you'll do
As a Sessional Trainer in our Training U For Work team, you will:
* Plan and deliver short, hands‐on training that builds practical skills, workplace readiness, and learner confidence while supporting diverse learners
* Manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
You may deliver training in your area of expertise, including:
* Digital & Business Skills – computer basics, digital literacy, customer service, retail, business support
* Hospitality – bar and gaming service, café and casual dining, food production essentials
* Cleaning & Housekeeping – commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeeping
* Horticulture – entry‐level practical horticulture skills
* Construction & Renewable Energy – construction sector essentials, workplace safety, solar readiness
* Warehousing & Production – warehousing, pick packing, manufacturing and process work

What you'll bring
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – Essential
* Recent hands‐on industry experience in your area of expertise (relevant qualification(s) desirable)
* A collaborative, organised, people‐focused approach
* Confidence using basic technology for reporting and materials (Canva experience a bonus)
Additional requirements
* Travel across Perth metro and regional WA (typically Bunbury and Busselton).
* Current driver's license and own vehicle to transport equipment, plus the ability to lift up to 20kg.
* Positive, solutions‐focused approach when working with people from all backgrounds.
* (You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
