**About the Role**:
The role is Monday to Friday with the possibility of after hours duties ( shared among the team ).
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality locksmith services to our commercial and residential clients, including:
- Lock installations, repairs and replacements
- Rekeying and master key systems
- Security assessments and hardware upgrades
- Commercial Hardware Installations
- Emergency lockout services
**What we’re looking for**:
- Qualified locksmith with relevant certifications (Certificate III in Locksmithing or equivalent)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Police Check and ability to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Solid Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in both domestic and commercial locksmithing preferred
