Module 1: Scoping The Work(1 - 2 hours)Draft questions for the business and technical teams in order to scope the project.Module 2: Process Design (30 minutes - 1 hour)Design how the process should work for guest users.Module 3: Measuring Success(30 minutes - 1 hour)To make sure the recommendations we've proposed are working, we'll need to develop metrics to measure the success of the feature.Module 4: Ideation (30 minutes - 1 hour)Ideate and come up with ideas to extend the feature in the future.Ready to get started?
