**Logistics & Operations Assistant**
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to assist our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the coordination of events, including the transportation of catering equipment and supplies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, catering, or a related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess a proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the loading and unloading of catering equipment and supplies
* Transport catering items to and from event locations in a safe and timely manner
* Prepare necessary equipment according to specific job sheets
* Maintain the depot by keeping the area clean, inventory organized, and stored properly
* Conduct regular stocktakes to monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and ensure accurate records
* Facilitate the safe and timely drop-off/direct delivery of Express Catering items to corporate clients across Brisbane
