Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic transformation programs and deliver complex projects.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in business transformation and infrastructure development, as well as management consulting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic transformation initiatives.
* Deliver large-scale transformation and capital investment programs across the entire lifecycle.
* Contribute to business development and account management activities, including pursuits, proposals, and relationship management.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring colleagues and contributing to organizational growth.

Requirements
Essential Skills:
* Hands-on experience in project and program management, with a focus on business transformation and infrastructure development.
* Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable.
Certifications and Qualifications:
* Portfolio / Program / Project Management certification is a plus.
* Audited Agile PM delivery skills are beneficial.
Experience in Defence or national security contexts, with the ability to navigate strategic and operational landscapes, is also essential.
