Our client is a well establish D&C firm located in the Hills District, specialising in fabulous residential dwellings. They are currently seeking an architect/designer who enjoys cultivating relationships with clients to help them realize their dream homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of DCP, LEP, and the submission process, as well as strong project delivery experience. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish and building strong relationships with clients and consultants. Salary will be reflective of experience level but may range from $110k - $130k Super.
