About the Opportunity
This is great for an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef.

You'll lead and motivate a capable team while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume kitchen.
Working closely with your team during service, you'll also build a strong partnership with the Head Chef, who is known for being fair, supportive, and approachable.

High-quality food requires good technique and attention to detail.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Ordering, stock takes, etc.
Responsibilities for food and labour costs
Hands-on running of the kitchen
Leadership and training of staff
Working collaboratively with management, especially Head Chef
Creating a positive working environment
About You
This role requires a person who is confident in their own ability.
Previous experience working in a busy venue is preferable.
Ideally, you'll remain calm in any situation and be a natural motivator.
Ideally you'll have at least 2-3 years' experience at a Junior Sous or Sous Chef level.
Meeting the expectations of both the business and customers is a pre-requisite.
The role suits a chef who is career hungry, focused, and can display excellent natural leadership skills.
Ideal for a chef with experience in hatted-style or premium casual venues, with strong technique and a passion for quality produce.
European or Italian experience is essential.
