Role Description
Queanbeyan Salvos Stores is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant to support daily retail operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation. The role involves handling donations, operating Point of Sale devices, and adhering to health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Retail sales and POS operation
* Donation sorting and pricing
* Visual merchandising and store presentation
* Exceptional customer service
* Stock display and policy adherence
* Follow occupational health and safety policies
* Demonstrate TSA core values
* Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock
About You
No prior retail experience is necessary; passion and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results are essential. You should be energetic, customer-focused, and aligned with our values. Flexibility to work weekends and across various locations, and strong communication skills are required.
