Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Document all customer interactions and data accurately in our Dealer Management System.
* Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone and escalate as necessary.
* Effectively communicate estimated completion times, regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
* Coordinate delivery or pickup with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
* Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems, Outlook, and MS Office.
* Previous retail customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
* A valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory.
* At least two years of driving experience are required.
