2. Maintain confidentiality of information, files, and documents through established document management processes.
3. Coordinate meetings, including invitations, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
4. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure consistent and efficient communication.
5. Coordinate business unit activities and events.
6. Perform general office duties, such as mail distribution, staff room maintenance, and meeting room organization.
7. Maintain sales materials, brochures, and business cards, and distribute them to sales managers.
Requirements:
