About the Role:
The Membership Services Coordinator will work to drive the administration, marketing and retention strategies of DOOLEYS Health and Fitness to provide customer satisfaction whilst overseeing daily operations of the centre.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a vibrant, customer focus, marketing and sales savvy individual to take on our Membership Services Coordinator role to join our team. This exciting role will see you assist and report directly to the Managers. You will work closely with our growing client database, provide leadership to our floor staff and develop and oversee administrative, marketing, sales and retention processes and strategies.
Responsibilities
This role will see you:
* Drive membership sales, lead generation, retention, and loyalty outcomes using the membership management system across prospects, new members, and active members
* Lead and coach the Member Services team to deliver confident, conversion-focused frontline service and high member satisfaction
* Plan, communicate, train staff on, and execute marketing and promotional activities to support sales performance
* Oversee daily centre operations, including administrative duties and opening and closing procedures, while ensuring strong brand presentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service skills both face to face and over the phone;
* Marketing and sales experience
* Excellent Computing skills including MS office & database management
* Certificate III in fitness is desirable but not required
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role;
* Current WWC, RSA,RCG, First Aid or the willingness to obtain.
