Your Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with your team to drive store sales and achieve targets through strategic planning and execution
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personal styling advice and service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Mentor and motivate your team to enhance their performance and engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment
* Organise and manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to maximise sales potential
* Manage monthly rosters in line with allocated resources
About You:
* Prior experience in retail leadership or store management, with a proven track record of success
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
* Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
* Good organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies
