Job Summary
The role of an Administrative Coordinator plays a vital part in supporting our multidisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and Monitor Patient Pathways: Developing, implementing and monitoring pathways of care for patients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
* Patient Progress Recording and Escalation: Accurately recording patient progress and escalating any variances to the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
* Organising Meetings and Documenting Outcomes: Organising and attending weekly MDT meetings, documenting all outcomes and actions taken.
