Wealth Management Business Analyst
Contract or Temporary
A leading global wealth management firm is seeking a Business Analyst with prior wealth management operations experience to join their team working on a client experience project for an initial 12-month contract role.
The successful candidate will work within the Wealth Management sales and marketing function, accountable for delivering initiatives to enhance client experience and drive profitable business growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in both projects and wealth management operations, possessing strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, along with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management: Manage and deliver projects meeting agreed timelines and outcomes
* Data Management and Analytics: Extract and analyze client data as required
* Sales Support: Develop sales tools/materials and support Private Wealth Advisers and Client Service Managers with client queries and complaints
* Process improvement: Enhance and optimize operational processes
* Change management: Develop change management materials to support the embedment and adoption of change initiatives, including projects managed by the broader projects team
* Risk management: Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts. Proactively identify business risk and develop controls to mitigate risks
* Documentation: Gather, validate, and document business processes and procedures, as required

Qualifications / Experience:
* Undergraduate degree
* 3 – 6 years' relevant working experience in the Private Banking or Wealth Management industry
* Expertise in Private Banking or Wealth Management
* Experience in project management / Business Analysis
* Experience in risk management and uplifting risk controls
