Job Description
About the Role:
The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing systems and workflows, improving operational performance, and supporting strategic improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide project and design support to ensure specified project requirements are delivered within set timelines and milestones
* Drive and manage a range of projects, providing technical and project management expertise
* Model and quantify the current state and performance of key business processes
* Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service delivery
* Liaise with stakeholders and leverage data to perform current state assessments and value stream mapping
* Use structured and analytical thinking to address and resolve daily operational issues
* Define and implement “test and learn” concepts to drive continuous improvement and maximise value
* Develop materials and recommendations to support prioritisation, speed-to-value capture, and decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement improvement solutions
* Work across end-to-end processes to enhance customer experience while maintaining or improving quality standards
* Perform general administrative tasks as required to support engineering and operational functions
Qualifications
* Hold a university degree in industrial engineering
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry
* Strong background in process improvement and operational analysis
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and industrial engineering software
Requirements:
* You must have full work rights within Australia
* A current clear Police Check

* A competitive salary range of $70,000 – $80,000 plus Super, based on skills and experience
