We are seeking someone with first class organizational skills, competence in accounting software and has a passion for great business systems.
You'll love working with a team of people who love farming and provide contract services to our farm customers across Victoria.
You'll be a passionate business administrator who will have the back-office humming so that our staff are free to make hay and silage. You'll be responsible for administering the accounts, payroll and budget systems, new employee onboarding and managing our OHS systems. We have external support from accountants, HR and OH&S consultants – so you will need to work with them and make sure the 'day-to-day' implementation of the systems occurs.
