Position Summary
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for promoting Alfred/Monash Shared Pathology’s patient‑focused services to Western Health sites, as well as to medical centres, specialists, general practitioners and other referrers across the Western Health catchment. The role works closely with the Alfred and Monash Shared Pathology teams to resolve issues, facilitate IT access and training, support the implementation of current services, drive market growth, and build and maintain long‑term relationships with referrers.
About You
Qualifications required: A degree qualification.
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience in the pathology industry preferred or experience in a medical/pharmaceutical sales background is desirable.
- Current Police Check.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License.
- A current Working with Children’s Check.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
