We are seeking an experienced professional to provide consultancy advice to clients and drive business strategy.
The successful candidate will manage national clients' workplace risk programs, providing strategic advice on policy, premium, claims and injury management, and report writing for client retention strategies.
* Manage the delivery of high-quality services to our national clients
* Provide strategic advice in policy, premium, claims and injury management
* Support clients with Outsourced Return to Work services
* Develop and implement client retention strategies through report writing
* Serve as a technical expert in Workers' Compensation
* Maintain company profiles with industry contacts by identifying and developing strategic relationships
* Promote value to the organization through partnerships
* Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to team knowledge and skills development
* Identify new business opportunities for growth
* Conduct tender submissions and presentations
Candidates should have extensive experience working for a national employer, broker, or senior position within a WorkCover insurer/agent, as well as demonstrable knowledge and application of policy and premium management across the National Workers' Compensation landscape.
