Desktop Support Analyst Job Opportunity
As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support and improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective device support for Microsoft and Apple platforms.
* Contribute to improving DEX by performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative process improvements.
* Manage the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), including hardware/software lifecycle and client security.
* Coordinate escalation and resolution of complex issues with 3rd-level teams.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in large enterprise environments.
* Technical expertise across Microsoft and Apple operating systems and hardware.
* Proven customer service skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
* Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills, with a desire for continuous learning.
