What you will be doing:
Conduct home visits to properties, investigate & manage the maintenance of properties & conduct inspections. Additionally facilitate the resolution of any tenancy disputes & complaints.
Assess the condition of social housing properties & advise on kitchen, bathroom upgrades, social housing maintenance programs & repairs to properties.
Work collaboratively to respond to customers, undertake customer interviews, make referrals, assess new housing & bond loan applications & rental grants.
Manage tenancy arrangements, allocations & vacancies, liaising with the community & other housing providers & ensure departmental compliance.
Monitor & manage outstanding arrears, rent assessments, pay deductions & refunds.
Use Microsoft products and other IT systems to maintain accurate customer & property records & file notes with a high level of accuracy.
