Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Branch Banking & Operations, the Bank Manager will inspire and lead a diverse team of up to 7 staff, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of inclusion, performance, and customer-centricity, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the branch team to deliver professional, efficient, and customer-focused service.
* Driving business development and local area marketing initiatives to grow market share.
* Managing team performance through coaching, development, and compliance oversight.
* Achieving branch and individual KPIs across sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring adherence to operational policies, FSRA compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
* Maintaining high standards in branch security, safety, and risk management.
* Building strong relationships with customers and the local community.
* Championing MyState's values and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
