**Oversee the maintenance and operation of the Centre's physical aspects**:
- **Permanent, full time, Monday - Friday, 7am - 2.30pm**:
- **Based onsite at Stockland Baldivis (4 days) and Harrisdale (1 day)**
We have an opportunity, available now, for a Maintenance Officer to join our centre management team across both Stockland Baldivis and Stockland Harrisdale.
**About the role**
In this permanent full time position, 7.00am - 2.30pm, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the centre is well-kept by maintaining the services of the centre on a daily basis whilst containing expenditure within budget. The position will oversee proper and efficient operation of the centre's physical aspects, creating and sustaining a safe and productive environment for all customers and tenants to enjoy.
**Key responsibilities will include;**
- Assume responsibility for the everyday maintenance and presentation of the centre
- Manage the supply chain ensuring agreed standards of service delivery are met
- Assist with capital works including tenancy delivery works
- Support processes and procedures related to the delivery of a safe, compliant, well-maintained, and sustainable centre
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all the key stakeholder groups
- Promote full compliance with Stockland's OH&S policies
- Identify and manage improvements as a result of compliance assessments (eg: Fire, Premise Standards, EEO and OH&S Regs)
**About you**
- Trade experience and a trade qualification in a related field would be highly regarded but basic maintenance/handyperson experience with no formal education will also be considered
- Strong client service focus, with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both internally and externally
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Competent computer skills with a basic understanding across the MS Office Suite is a must for this role

- Appreciation for OH&S and legislative compliance and practices
