Our Client, a WA owned manufacturer and supplier to the construction and building industry, are currently seeking a Production Administrator to join their Finance team on a contract to permanent basis.
The Role:
Located in South Guilford, your role will see you supporting daily operations across multiple manufacturing sites. You'll manage work orders, track raw materials, maintain accurate stock records, and assist with key financial reporting and logistics tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production & Inventory Coordination: Manage work orders, ensure accurate raw material usage, maintain shift counts, reconcile stock reports, and coordinate shipping and logistics
* End of Month (EOM) Processes: Reconcile work order reports and raw material usage, collaborate with the Finance team on physical counts and adjustments, and generate COGS reports
* Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate system records and report to Finance and Analytics teams
* Invoicing & Admin Support: Assist with invoicing, scan and store waste dockets and approve invoices
* Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to safety policies and procedures
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Intermediate - Advanced MS Excel ability
* Proficiency with ERP systems (eg: software is QAD)
* Have full Australian working rights (sorry no holiday visa's)
* Able to commence immediately
Hours & Remuneration:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $44.28 p/h + super
