The Role
The Head of Communications and Marketing will develop and implement strategies to elevate the Institute's profile, manage media relations, oversee digital media, and coordinate internal and external communications to support our research objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and evaluate communication and marketing strategies, advise senior leadership.
* Media & Brand Management: Manage the Institute’s brand, media campaigns, crisis communications, and promotional materials.
* Events & Engagement: Plan and evaluate events, foster community involvement, and build consumer champions of research.
* Internal Communications: Enhance internal channels, develop messaging, and ensure staff engagement.
* Digital Media: Lead digital content, oversee website and social media strategies to ensure engaging, accurate content aligned with our brand.
About You
* 5+ years in senior communications/marketing roles
* Experience in relationship management and donor engagement
* Degree or relevant experience in Communications, Media, or Marketing
* Proven success in strategy development, media relations, digital technologies, and managing complex projects
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage budgets and analyze data for performance optimization
