As a key member of our Simtars Training team, you will drive end‐to‐end design of high‐quality digital, blended, and instructor‐led learning products. Operating within the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) at the Safety in Mines Testing and Research Station (Simtars), your role will focus on developing, implementing and reviewing innovative and practical accredited and non‐accredited training programs, tailored to the needs of RSHQ Inspectors, technical and support staff.
What You'll Do
* Lead the design and development of complex learning programs, from concept to delivery.
* Conduct needs analyses and performance consulting to ensure solutions solve the right problems.
* Build high-quality digital learning, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, and supporting materials.
* Champion evidence-based learning practices and coach subject matter experts.
* Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve design tools, processes, and standards.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, alignment, and engagement.
What You Bring
* High‐level experience in the development and implementation of digital learning programs.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead design initiatives.
* Strong capability in tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and LMS/LXP platforms.
* Exceptional communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A passion for innovation in learning and a commitment to learner‐centered design.
