See yourself in our team The Strategy & Performance (S&P) team plays a pivotal role in shaping and enabling the execution of the Technology Strategy. We partner across domains to drive alignment, embed performance insights and deliver strategic outcomes. Our operating model positions us as trusted advisors, integrating strategic planning, workforce governance, financial stewardship, supplier management and performance analytics to support the Technology’s transformation agenda. Your impact and contribution As Executive Manager – Performance, you’ll lead a high-performing team and work closely with the EGM Technology Strategy & Performance and their leadership team. You’ll be responsible for enabling strategic execution, embedding performance rhythms, and delivering insights that drive decision-making and accountability. You’ll: Partner with senior leaders to align strategic and operational priorities with the Group’s transformation agenda Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment of initiatives, workforce, and financials to strategic outcomes Deliver performance insights through OKR tracking, operational metrics, and executive reporting Drive governance and reporting across financials, benefits, risks, and delivery milestones Act as a trusted advisor to the EGM and their leadership team, facilitating prioritisation, issue resolution, and strategic alignment Lead and uplift the capability of a team of business partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement Champion simplification and automation of reporting and planning processes, including the integration of AI and data-driven tools Support the uplift of workforce governance, including forecasting, reconciliation, and alignment to strategic workforce plans Contribute to the evolution of the S&P operating model and service offering, ensuring it remains fit-for-purpose and responsive to business needs We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Proven experience in a Strategy & Performance, COO, or Business Partnering role within Technology or large-scale transformation environments Strong commercial acumen and experience managing financials, workforce planning, and performance reporting Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams Experience leading strategic planning cycles and driving execution through OKRs or similar frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience managing change and ambiguity in complex, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for enabling others to succeed Tools and systems you’ll work with: TeamForm, Workday, Tableau, Atlassian Tools, CoPilot, Power BI, Planview and other enterprise planning and reporting tools.
