Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is seeking a **collaborative, visionary senior clinician** to lead our **Adult and Older Adult Community Mental Health Services**, playing a pivotal role in shaping high-quality, person-centred care across the Gippsland region.
This is a **senior medical leadership position** responsible for the **strategic, operational, and clinical governance** of Adult and Older Adult Community Mental Health services.
Reporting to the **Divisional Director and Chief Medical Officer**, you will provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams, drive service innovation, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and sustainable mental health care aligned with LRH's strategic priorities.
You will be instrumental in strengthening clinical quality, workforce capability, education, and partnerships across the region.
* Provide **strategic and operational leadership** to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient community mental health services

You will be a respected senior clinician and leader with:
* **MBBS or equivalent**
* **Specialist registration with AHPRA**
