Rotational Clinical Pharmacist Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic rotational clinical pharmacist to join our team. As a rotational clinical pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work across various specialties and rotate between different areas.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, senior colleagues, and pharmacy technicians to provide safe and efficient patient care.
* Participate in audits of prescribing practice, contribute to the development of our service, and support a patient-centred approach to medicines management.
* Daily ward visits, patient counselling, incident reporting, and involvement in out-of-hours and 7-day pharmacy services.
* Take part in the Structured Training and Education Programme (STEP) and may study for a postgraduate clinical diploma and a non-medical prescribing qualification.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A degree in pharmacy or a related field.
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
