About the Role
KStrong Australia is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service & Internal Sales Support
professional to join our team at our Unanderra head office.
This role is a key link between our customers, sales team, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play an important part in supporting sales activity, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing and communication across the business. As the business continues to grow, this role will naturally evolve, and flexibility and initiative are essential.
Key Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Answering incoming customer calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Preparing customer quotations and processing sales orders and invoicing
* Issuing packing lists and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
* Arranging freight, collections, and deliveries as required
* Sending out price lists, product information, and other customer documentation
* Following up on quotations issued to customers
* Making outbound calls to new and existing customers to generate repeat and new business
* Providing day-to-day support to the external sales team
* Maintaining accurate customer and order records in internal systems
* Assisting with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required
This role will also support additional duties as the position develops and business needs change.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales, or sales support role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
* A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality
Desirable:
* Experience within the height safety industry, or related industry
* Familiarity with quoting, invoicing, and order processing systems
