Topex Mining Services, a privately owned civil and earthworks company is seeking an experienced Finance Officer based at our head office in Kalgoorlie.

Responsibilities
* Account Payable tasks including credit applications
* Data entry of invoices and matching PO's
* Banking including reconciliations
* Manage AP email and supplier details as well as queries
* Credit card and fuel card reconciliations
* 7 day & EOM payments
* Goods receipting
* Other ad-hoc duties as requested
Qualifications
* 1-2 years' experience within a similar role (highly desirable)
* Be able to undertake detailed work with a high level of accuracy
* Possess sound organizational skills and be able to balance competing work priorities
* Experience working in a similar environment or industry will be advantageous
* Ability to ensure confidentiality, company policies and security requirements are met at all times
* Experience using Xero (highly desirable)
