**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated success in a highly technical IT role within the financial industry as a Solution Desginer.
- A genuine interest in financial crime, risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid experience in systems development, support, maintenance, and integration.
- A strong understanding of system analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Proven results in at least one technical area, such as a specific sub-domain or programming language.
- The ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and consult effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
